The Foundation is headquartered in Harbor Springs, Michigan, located in Northwest Lower Michigan, and also operates from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, located in Southeast Lower Michigan.
While founded and originally headquartered in the Detroit Metropolitan Community, Foundation headquarters were moved to Harbor Springs during 2001.

The Baiardi Family Foundation is an Independent Family Foundation holding IRC Section 501(c)(3) status.
In addition to our direct giving, we work cooperatively with the Petoskey Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation and the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan to accomplish joint charitable goals within the local communities.
