Our response will indicate whether your request meets our Preliminary Guidelines. If so, you may submit an application.

Application Procedure:

The Baiardi Family Foundation, Inc. utilizes the Common Grant Application form developed by the Council of Michigan Foundations.

Generally, the following guidelines apply for grant applications:

Up to $999.00...Basic Letter of Request
$1000.00 to $9999.00...Detailed Letter of Request or Common Grant Application
$10,000.00+...Common Grant Application
